It's up to the recipient to decide whether to reply only to the sender or to reply to everyone on the list. That's typical of any e-mail or private message interface.

Unfortunately, "Reply All" isn't available in Yuku's PM interface unless you go to the single message view.

"Reply all," or better, "Reply to all" should definitely be available in the first interface you see rather than having to go to the single message view. I can see where it might not be considered a priority "fix," but it should be added eventually.

When one uses CC or BCC (carbon copy, blind carbon copy), it's generally intended that people included in those fields be able to see those mails, but not be directly involved with followup communications. For instance, one might be the point person for communicating with a client and use CC to send a copy to the boss to keep him/her informed.

If you want to have people directly involved in responses, additional names should be added to the To field rather than CC or BCC. At that point, the recipient can choose "Reply to all" if s/he wants to respond to the group, or s/he can choose "Reply" to respond only to the initial sender.

If you want to encourage people to use "Reply All" (at least in cases where they don't want their response to be private only to you), you might want to include a reminder when you send out a group PM. They simply might not think of it as an option, especially when "Reply All" is hidden a bit.
