I'm trying to change the order of the catagories,i'd like 4 to be 5 and vise versa,but - it will only change the catagory "title" .
It will not move everything,that being the "title" and the forums ...? I also find I no longer am able to "grab and move "{ insert}forums. http://happytrails68468.yuku.com/ |

Hi Autumn. Can you try just changing the little number to the left in the Forums and chat management? Change the 4's to 5 and vice versa. See if that will
work.
I'm not sure where you mean the thumbnail link is missing? In the Scroll bar for the Yuku images? Or somewhere else? |

ok.changed my mind.i would like to be able to change up the sequence of the catagorie/forums.
i'd like "the old west" catagory and all the forums under it ,to be before or above,"the Prarie" {and forums under it.} after i change the numbers of the catagory only the catagory titles change-without the forums -see what i'm saying>? http://happytrails68468.yuku.com/directory |

I think I get what your on about. This is what I did on my test site which moved all the catagory forums.
Say you have catagory 1 with forums 1.1,1.2,1.3 etc.. and then catagory 2 with forums, 2.1,2.2 etc.. I just went in and changes catagory 1 to 2, and then changed catagory 2 to 1 ( not amending any of the other numbers ) I then hit the update button and it automatically moved the other forums for me, along with the catagory. yes.exactly how it's worked in the past.it will not do that now-
I change the catagory numbers ,hit update,and JONLY the catagory names change. it still works fine on my 'test' board...and it's worked for me on my main board till now. |

Can you try clearing out all your temp internet files and cookies ( from your internet browser ), and then try it again.

nope-see what I mean: .http://happytrails68468.yuku.com/ the OLD WEST catagory forums are under THE PRAIRIE catagory. pony express news should be in the oLd west catagory. isn't this wierd?!

No not yet. I was also unable to "drag" yours. I just checked at my own and I can drag the forums...but not the cateogories. Can I ask which browser
you access with?

the thing is,....i can do both on my other board. my 'test' boards.PLUS i was able to do both on this board until recently.
