How do I get rid of the extra file extention on my profile name? It keeps showing up as pixiepetals.thealpha1haven All I want is pixiepetals.

If your username is available still as a global profile, and hasn't been reserved for someone with that name at ezboard, then the extension can be removed
so that your profile becomes a global profile rather than a local one. So there's no promise that it will happen - it's something that needs to be
checked out first. No promises.

Hi,
Several of my board members want to get the "extension" part of their user name removed. Can I submit a list of all the affected user names to Yuku support on my member's behalf to save them time? Also, which department would I choose when I get this screen? Many thanks, Phil |

Yuku General but as these are individuals accounts, I really don't think they would accept a list from a 3rd party. i.e. they would have to submit separate
tickets individually.
The one thing that you can do is use the Replace Username Script to alter how their username shows on your board. http://my-test-board.yuku...ay-Replace-Usernames.html The part that you would want is this: <username type="replace"> |

Hi Rose
 Click on Admin - Customized Skins. Then add it to the Custom footer of the skin (edit html button)
