Hi Rusty and Welcome! The skin list is just a list of skins. Not your forum list. When your board migrated a copy for each forum that was already there came over because you might have had different colors and images on each. That is why you see the names of them in the list. If they are indeed all the same skin, you can delete them and just save one that is applied to all of the forums.

In the skin list you can add new skin from the library or make your own. After you do so you can choose the forums you apply them to. They do stay in the order you create them though, they do not necessarily match your forum list.

I generally change the names on mine, for example I use one of alisons skins called "ipop". But I renamed it to "ipop(jokes) so I would remember where I had applied it without looking it up.
