Hi there, I tried to put this post in the skinning area but it would not allow me for whatever reason 
My question is simple
This is my board

As you can see, the sidebar im trying to create has no "skin" and im trying to change the colors in the actual skin.
For example
The title of each section of the sidebar should be an image like a blue bar ect. I cannot find anywhere in the code that will allow me to make the title of the section an image ( background )
Id also like to make the sidebar have a border so it can be somewhat seperated from the forum itself. I hope ive been clear enought with this. I have been trying myself for a few hours before coming here but ive given up. Please help.
