Not as a border, but you could use it as one of the onionskins and that would work.

It depends on where you want it. You can have a glitter border around your forumholder or "wrapper" and such. But not on for instance your category
boxes/discussion boxes.

You can "fake" a border by giving the table cells no border, the default is to show a transparent gap between cells so any background you have behind
them would appear as a border as long as the cells themselves had a solid colour. This bit of code added to Cedar's test board gives a pretty good fake
border
table, th, td { border: 0px; border-collapse: separate; border-spacing: 1px; }
