I forget who made this one, but is it possible to edit it? I'm trying to fix up a friends profile for him and he really likes the Dark Aqua skin, but he
wants me to add a background to it... and a few other changes to I think.

Alison made that skin. You are allowed to edit them though. One thing though...see how it has rounded corners on the boxes? They are actually not round but
square with part of them done in the color of the current background so you see them as rounded. If you put another background behind the boxes those edges
will show. Unless you chose a background similar or put a border of sorts around the boxes.
