sorry, I can't find my way to get to help and this website page I had in my favorites. I can't log in to my real acct or my message board. It says my real name Felidae 6 and my password do not match records. I have never changed them but I have been away a few months,... maybe a full month since I posted last.
How do I get to someone who can help me please?

Sometimes I can't log in except by going to my board first then logging in on the menu bar there. You might try that. If that doesn't work use the Help

Loren, have you tried to log in with your username or with your email address? At ezboard it's the username, at Yuku it's the email address.

Cedar might have the answer there, because from what you've said, I would have suggested the same thing.

Hi!!! I tried my emails and that didn't work either :( I opened a ticket last night (thank you for the link) but nothing has happened so far. sighhhh
