did you notice that the last forum on the directory page has some funkiness going on in the posts/thread tables in firefox?

The forum pages still look like the previous image, it hasn't budged a single millimetre. However, the ann. and gen. chat forum topic title (see above)
changed width.

The help and FAQ forum title column on the directory page just changed width too. It's not equal to the ann. and gen. chat forum title column (see above),
but the difference between the positions of the topics columns isn't as marked.
Edited to add that they are now equal. But the showcase and buggery categories topics column is a *wee* bit further than that of the first two categories. |

That's the directory page (no change yet in the forum page). But this image here sort of shows that the topics column is not moved because of anything you do, but because of the username in the last column. Funkeemonkey has a long username, just posted in the showcase, and stretched the last column. Anyway - thought you might like to know that chnages in the directory page are more than likely due to user names - not due to anything you're doing or not doing. |

I've been talking to Kristin about this. Chris and I are all for pulling cols out altogether!
But Kristin suggested we see if we can get showing different columns to be a check box thing in the admin control panel. The dev guys might not agree, but it's worth looking into. It's either that, or allow us to use comments in the custom html! |
