IE7 OK. FF2 bad.
Increasing z-index doesn't help and nor does shifting it to title-container.
Remove positioning of either tool-box or kudos allows links to work.
Works with float: right (absolute removed) but if relative is used to relocate, it begins to disappear behind something white.
Not header or headerimage.
