Help! My sidebar is up above my forums and you have to scroll to see the forums. Can someone look at it and help fix it.

I'm having the same problem... I tried fixing it by changing my top margin, but it only lines up on the main page. On the forum pages it drops way down
because of the margin setting. How did you get it to line up with the top of the forum boxes on each page??

Do you mean your entire forum drops below the sidebar? Including the header? Are you using IE6 and 800x600 res by any chance? If so it is the banner width that
is causing it.
Or did you just mean you want the header image/info about both the sidebar and the forum? |

I just want the sidebar to line up with the forum boxes, with the header and announcement box above them on all the pages... it seems like it'd be such a
simple thing!

Oh ok. If your banner info and the info you have in your annoucement box are added to the header in the html then they will be above.
The banner image location always falls with in the forum and so does the announcement box. Look in your skin list, I've added you a copy with the header above so you can see the difference. The annoucement I did not move. But if you like I can. |

K, I moved the announcement too... it still doesn't line up with the forums, but overall I like it a lot better! Thanks!

I saw that
. It looks nice!
It is lining up with the Tool box as that is the first on the page. Then a few more boxes before the forum box. So you could add a padding above the sidebar to push it down....but then if you added an annoucement or had a featured topic...it would go out of alignment. Plus the Tool box is larger on some pages. So you could do it if you knew you would have to change the amount each time you added something different.

I've fixed that for you bfboy. I moved the banner from the images section of your skin to the global html header, and then added a line of css that
centered the banner again.

I've changed it on your board Momy2be. I added the header and footer to the global html, and the css (style) is in the skin itself.
