The designer has been notified. In the mean time, how long ago did you apply this skin to your board? If it's been more than a few weeks ago, what happens if you reapply it? Go to your board, then to "navigation> admin menu > designer skins (yellow sidebar)" and then find the iblupop skin and click on "copy to my skins" button.

Now you'll be transported back to your community skins page, and then click on "apply" for the skin that's at the very bottom of the community skins list. Select "default" and "all forums" and then "save".

Now click on the "back to my board" link at the very top of your yellow sidebar. Refresh the page and see if you're still getting this issue?
